'ONLINE' YOGA REST & RESTORE
Four-week yoga course (running throughout the year)
Designed to aid recovery and healing, our yoga and meditation course will develop relaxation, mobility, strength and stamina. Benefits might also include increased flexibility, reduced tension, better sleep and improved wellbeing.
This class is delivered live, by our experienced yoga teacher.
Pilates has proven benefits for both men and women, helping to increase mental and physical capacity and resilience, also posture, flexibility and balance, along with core muscle strength.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and abilities and can be done seated or standing. With its gentle movements, deep breathing and relaxation, you will learn how to build your own resilience and confidence, strengthen your immune system, reduce tension and help build balance and coordination in your body.
