forms.
Our project activity and volunteer roles have been built around the 'Five Ways to Wellbeing'. A useful framework produced by the New
Economics Foundation that suggests 5 actions you can do to improve your health and wellbeing.
Connect - Be active
- Take notice - Keep learning - Give
Trying these things could help you feel more positive and able to get the most out of life. We hope our heritage and health project will add to the growing evidence and shine a
light on the role heritage can play as a route to improved wellbeing.
The New Economics Foundation has written a useful blog about the 5 ways to wellbeing at a time of social distancing. You can read it
here.

Like us the National Trust aligns their heritage activities to the 5 ways to wellbeing. In fact all their staff and volunteer roles are
build around the framework too.
